湖南盈成油脂工业有限公司，创建于2004年，注册资金1.4346亿元，集油料作物种植、食用植物油及相关副产品加工、科研、贸易以及仓储物流于一体，是湖南最大的食用植物油加工企业，也是中南地区最大的菜籽和棉籽共线加工企业。2011年，以盈成油脂为母公司组建的湖南省油脂集团，已成为湖南乃至全国油脂行业的一面旗帜。
目前，公司现有员工600余人，年加工油料30万吨、年产精制食用油12万吨、年灌装中小包装油9万吨和冬化分提6万吨，同时还拥有油罐容量4.8万吨、原料油粕库容6万平方米、大型油罐车和箱式货车50余台及绿色食品原料（双低油菜）基地300多万亩。生产规模和储运能力均位居湖南省油脂加工企业之首。
公司产品以“低脂低酸、非转基因、物理压榨、全程溯源”为诉求，拥有“盈成”、“古稻田”、“城头山”等多个品牌，形成了以菜籽油为主导，涵盖茶籽油、棉籽油、稻米油、调和油等油类品种和和菜粕、棉粕、糠粕、脂肪酸等油脂副产品的产品系列。客户遍及湖南、江西、广东等全国十多个省份，并成为湖南盘中餐、山东鲁花、贵州老干妈、西安爱菊等众多知名油脂同行原料采购的首选。
