宁夏红枸杞商贸有限公司始建于1980年，是集枸杞科研、开发、种植、收购、加工、销售和进出口贸易于一体的民营实业公司，下属宁夏红枸杞补益品有限公司、宁夏红枸杞商贸有限公司进出口部、宁红宾馆餐饮娱乐有限公司等。自1995年获得自营进出口权以来，公司不断拓展国内及全球市场，产品远销美国、日本、澳大利亚、英国、德国等20多个国家和地区，深受国内外客户及消费者的好评。经过多年的发展和壮大，公司现已发展成为以枸杞科研开发销售为主营的集餐饮娱乐、酒类产品开发、房地产开发的全资公司。公司现有员工300多人，总资产近亿元。
2002年公司投资2000多万元建成了宁夏红枸杞补益品有限公司，以高起点进军枸杞深加工业。宁夏红枸杞补益品有限公司厂区占地面积30亩，建筑面积10000多平方米，引进德国生产设备及意大利全自动灌装生产线，全力开拓枸杞果酒市场。公司借助中宁县政府的科技扶持，成功研制了“杞缘”牌、“金杞皇牌”枸杞果酒、并开发出了枸杞原汁、枸杞浓缩汁、枸杞全粉、枸杞咖啡等系列深加工产品。2007年，公司又投资1580万元，兴建了年产1500吨枸杞汁生产线、新上枸杞烘道8条、枸杞色选机2台及枸杞加车间1000平方米，全力提升公司实力，着力打造公司新形象。2008年，公司又投资数百万元，高起点规划、高标准设计，在中宁县舟塔乡、宁安镇船舱沟、红梧山现代农业种植示范基地建立有机枸杞种植基地1000亩，为产品顺利进入国际市场奠定的基础，也为中宁县枸杞产业化发展贡献了力量。
