河北三井酒业股份有限公司，始建于1946年，前身为国营泊头市酿酒厂，2000年9月26日完成股份制改造，成立河北三井酿酒有限责任公司；2009年12月增资扩股创建河北三井酒业股份有限公司，并于2010年1月在天津股权交易所挂牌，正式进军资本市场。公司占地面积30万平方米，建筑面积15万平方米，资产总值3亿元，职工800余人，利税5000万元。
