甘肃红川酒业有限责任公司是2008年9月在原国有红川酒厂（上世纪50年代初，在私人酿酒作坊的基础上扩建而成的）的基础上，顺应建立现代企业制度的要求进行资产重组，改制成立的一家民营控股、国有参股股份制白酒企业。是2006年12月4日由商务部认定的全国35家“中华老字号”酿酒企业之一，是甘肃省酿酒企业中唯一一家被认定的“中华老字号”。公司位于素有“陇上江南”美称的成县红川镇，当地山清水秀，植被良好，气候湿润，水质甘冽，适宜酿酒，自古以来就以盛产美酒而著称。
