新疆乡都酒业有限公司2002年成立，公司位于巴音郭楞蒙自治州焉耆回族自治县七个星镇西戈壁。1998年开荒种植酿酒葡萄，2002年成立公司开始酿酒。至2010年股权结构变更完成后，其母公司新疆仪尔高新农业开发有限公司已拥有中国最大的自有连片有机酿酒葡萄基地40000亩。乡都酒业现有10000吨葡萄加工生产线，3000㎡地下酒窖。

公司拥有得天独厚、无法复制的天然优势资源。乡都葡萄原料基地位于新疆天山南麓霍拉山洪冲积扇缘地带，平均海拔1100米，土壤质地大部分为粗砂、细砂和少量砾石构成，土壤通透性、氧化性强；该地属典型中温带气候，大气纯净，无工业污染，年日照时达3400小时；无霜期平均为180天；年降水64.7mm，昼夜温差15℃左右；采用高标准节水滴灌技术灌溉天山纯净的地下雪融水。
