黔东南州锦鸿农业开发有限公司成立于2011年，总投资3亿元，发展蓝莓种植面积达15000亩以上，是一家致力于蓝莓繁育、种植、加工、销售和科研，并利用蓝莓基地的区域优势和自然资源，创建现代农业观光、科普示范及采摘园的大型、综合性农业企业。
公司园区选址在贵州省黔东南州，计划建设一个300亩的苗木繁育中心，与中国科学院植物研究所达成战略合作伙伴关系，并聘请国内外资深专家，共同提供技术支持，从国外引进优质品种经本地驯化成熟作为基地母本源，实现年产优质育苗200万株，并通过“公司+基地+农户”的发展模式型，实行统一品种、统一生产、统一管理、统一销售，计划到2016年带动农户2000户以上，种植规模达到20000亩左右；通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，引进蓝莓酒、浓缩果汁、果汁饮料、果酱、果脯、保健品、花青素以及SOD提取生产线，通过与美国蓝莓协会、加拿大蓝莓销售协会合作建立中国国际蓝莓销售中心，拓展销售渠道，逐步发展成为黔东南州特色龙头企业。
