开封市维康冻干食品有限公司系现代化民营股份制企业，位于河南省兰考县西关汴兰大道北侧。公司注册资本200万元人民币，占地面积108.53亩。公司主要经营生产，销售冷冻干燥食品。公司采取现代化股份制企业形式，实行在公司董事会领导下的总经理负责制。建设400平方米真空冷冻干燥食品（FD）生产线，总投资3000万元。
